Payment Information

The fees for service are as follows:

Initial Evaluation:    $145

Therapy Session:     $105

If your insurance is one in which we are a participating provider, you are only responsible for your co-pay.  Payment of the fee or co-pay is expected at the time of service.  Payment can be made by check or cash. 

Insurance

We currently participate with the following insurance plans:

•   Blue Cross/Blue Shield

•   Highmark Blue Shield

•   Capital Blue Cross

•   Independence Blue Cross

•   Personal Choice

•   Keystone Health Plans

•   Aetna

•   United Behavioral Health/United Healthcare

If your insurance plan is not listed here, it is still a good idea to call your insurance company and ask if we are a participating provider.  Many insurance companies contract their mental health plan to managed care companies.  We may well be participating providers for those companies, and so be able to bill through your insurance.

It is always a good idea to call your insurance company before scheduling so that you know exactly what your policy will cover.  The following questions are helpful to ask:

•   Is Dr. Morrison a participating provider?

•   How many sessions will my plan allow per calendar year?

•   What is my co-pay going to be?

•   Do I need to have authorization for visits?
